The dog park is a partnership between the Friends of Johnson City Dog Park Association and the City of Johnson City Parks and Recreation Department. Johnson City is marked as a beautiful mountain town with a charismatic community. Willow Springs embodies both of these themes within the park. It has become one of our favorite spots to spend the day. We hope to see you there.
